CLETC has undertaken the industrial projects with Chinese economic aid to foreign countries years before. Up to now, CLETC has undertaken hundreds of projects such as Nepal Paper Mill, Mali, Zaire and Togo Sugar Mill, D.P.R.K Paper Mill, Zimbabwe Garment Making Factory, Mali Cigarette Factory, etc.
CLETC has contracted to set up an industrial research center in Uganda, undertaken Tunisian Ceramic and Embroidery project, and supplied goods and materials to Cuba and D.P.R.K and Tai land in recent years.
Besides, CLETC has actively taken part in the multi-lateral co-operation. The training courses, held by CLETC in leather processing and sugarcane planting, were enjoyed high prestige abroad.
