Dispatching trainees to Japan
CLETC is one of the leading Chinese companies which takes early steps to dispatch trainees to Japan and is one of the biggest enterprise in terms of the number of trainers sent to Japan every year.

As one of the members of Sino-Japan Trainees Coordinating Organization and the member of its Board of Directors, CLETC has set up over 30 trainnees' bases nationwide and has dispatched more than 6500 trainees since 1987 covering various industries such as sewing, textiles, printing and dyeing, civil engineering, construction, electric appliances, plastics, food, die casting, printing, mechanical processing, breed aquatics, planting, jointing, motor maintenance, etc. Also CLETC establishes a training center.

In September 2002, CLETC was praised as one of the 10 best Chinese companies dispatching trainees to Japan by Sino-Japan Trainees Coordinating Organization.
